Cancellation and refund policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This policy explains subscription cancellation, statutory withdrawal, refund eligibility, and how to submit a request. Mandatory law controls where it provides different rights.
1. Canceling a subscription
You may cancel renewal at any time through account billing settings or by contacting support. The current paid period normally remains available until it ends, and the next period will not renew.
Canceling renewal does not immediately delete the account. Ask separately if you want immediate closure or account deletion.
2. Seven-day withdrawal
If Taiwan’s mandatory consumer rules apply to you, you may cancel by email within seven days after receiving the service, without giving a reason, unless a permitted exception was disclosed in advance.
Include your account email, order or transaction reference, purchase date, and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. A valid statutory withdrawal will be refunded within the period required by law.
3. Refund eligibility
- The same subscription was charged more than once.
- The charge differs from the confirmed checkout amount.
- Payment succeeded but we were responsible for failing to create or provide the core service.
- A material outage lasts for an extended period and cannot be restored reasonably.
- A refund is required by law or promised by us in writing.
4. Normally non-refundable
After any statutory withdrawal period, and where no other legal refund right applies, we normally do not refund:
- A change of mind, a forgotten cancellation, or partial use of a billing period.
- Incorrect information, lost credentials, or problems with your device, network, or destination mailbox.
- Rejection, delay, or spam classification by a receiving system.
- Restrictions or suspension caused by a violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Proration and suspension
Ordinary cancellation is not prorated. If we end service early because of a material failure attributable to us, we will consider a full or partial refund based on the affected period, impact, and applicable law.
Fees are normally not refunded when service is terminated for a serious violation, except where law requires otherwise.
6. Refund method and uncertain payments
Refunds normally return to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment method and bank.
If a payment times out or its result is uncertain, do not pay again immediately. We will verify the transaction first to avoid a duplicate charge.
7. Requests and disputes
Provide your account email, order or transaction reference, payment date, amount, reason, and supporting evidence. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or SMTP credential.
Taiwan law governs this policy. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.
