Acceptable use and abuse handling
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This policy applies to every MBTI mail account, MBTI mailbox, SMTP credential, and related feature. You must also ensure that anyone you authorize to use your account or device follows it.
1. Basic rules
Sending is for low-volume messages written and sent individually by the account holder. Each MBTI mailbox may send up to 15 messages per day; messages above the limit will fail.
Send only from an active MBTI mailbox assigned to you. Do not bypass sending limits, suspensions, or risk controls.
When sending, comply with the email, advertising, and anti-spam rules that apply where you and the recipient are located.
2. Prohibited sending
- Bulk, batch, repetitive, or automated sending.
- Sending identical or substantially similar content to multiple recipients.
- Using purchased, traded, scraped, automatically collected, or unverified lists.
- Using the service for newsletters, system or transactional mail, verification codes, payment notices, or application-generated notices.
- Spreading one campaign across accounts or MBTI mailboxes, or using scripts, schedulers, bots, or similar tools.
- Continuing to contact a recipient after they ask you to stop.
3. Identity, content, and prohibited uses
- Do not forge sender identities, reply addresses, domains, or headers, impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent an affiliation.
- Do not use false or misleading subjects, identities, or content, or hide the true purpose of contact.
- Do not send spam, viruses, malware, corrupted files, or other software or content that may harm a person, organization, device, network, or service.
- Do not send abusive, defamatory, harassing, stalking, obscene, explicit sexual, offensive, profane, threatening, hateful, extortionate, or violent content. Content that harms minors, child sexual exploitation, and non-consensual intimate content are strictly prohibited.
- Do not send unauthorized copyrighted or confidential material, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, personal data, or other third-party rights.
- Do not use the service to operate, solicit, or promote fraud, phishing, fake investments, illegal drugs, illegal weapons, stolen or counterfeit goods, illegal gambling, pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes, unlicensed financial services, bribery, or other unlawful goods, services, or activities.
- Do not facilitate crime, evade law enforcement, attack systems, interfere with the service or others, create civil liability, or violate applicable law.
- Do not knowingly send medical records or other protected health information, full credit-card, debit-card, or bank-account numbers, government-issued identification numbers, or similarly protected personal data through the service.
- Do not use the service for emergency response, medical life support, autonomous vehicles, nuclear facilities, air-traffic control, or any use where use or failure could reasonably lead to death, bodily injury, or environmental damage.
4. Unsolicited inbound mail
Merely receiving or automatically forwarding unsolicited content or sensitive data prohibited by this policy does not by itself violate this policy.
We may act if you knowingly solicit, assist, distribute, or use the service to facilitate unlawful or harmful activity.
5. Bounces and complaints
Keep recipient information accurate and review delivery failures. Excessive invalid addresses, permanent bounces, spam complaints, or stop-contact reports may result in sending restrictions.
6. Reporting abuse
Include the sender address, delivery time, headers or event identifiers, an explanation, and relevant evidence. Remove unrelated passwords, payment details, and sensitive information.
7. Investigation and enforcement
We normally investigate using sender, recipient, time, delivery status, bounce data, error codes, and evidence supplied by the reporter. We do not read mail for advertising or routinely review messages manually.
The scope, purpose, and retention of information used in an investigation are governed by the Privacy Policy.
- Notice, warning, or a reduced sending limit.
- Blocked sending, revoked SMTP credentials, or a suspended MBTI mailbox.
- Account suspension or termination, preservation of evidence, or lawful cooperation with authorities.
8. Appeals
If you believe a restriction or suspension is incorrect, send the account, MBTI mailbox, event time, and your reasons. We may keep restrictions in place until the security risk is resolved.
